Marble composite aluminum honeycomb panel is our newly developed product. It consists of an aluminum honeycomb panel and a 3-5mm thick natural marble panel, which are glued and combined into one composite unit. With an aluminum honeycomb panel as base, and a 3-5mm thick marble panel as surface, this product offers both the hardness of the marble and the strength resilience of the metal. Weight is reduced while impact resistance is increased. With lighter weight (only approximately 1/4the weight of a natural marble tile with the same size), high strength, and high moisture resistant properties, transportation costs and breakage is greatly reduced. Suitable installation methods include traditional type installation with wet cement and easy dry hanging installation. Since this product is constructed with an aluminum honeycomb panel, the marble panel comes with only 1/3 the thickness of natural tile of the same size. Thus the radiation of this product is much lower than that of a natural or man-made marble tile, it is indeed the most ideal ?green? construction material innovation in this new century. And it has been widely used for curtain wall, interior wall, floor, washroom decoration, furniture surface and so on.
